Pensio Tenants Canada Corp. who are co-guaranteeing your rent is a participating member of Rentalis Insurance Company, Inc., a protected cell captive re-insured by re-insurers rated A.M. Best A (Excellent) or better. Pensio self-procured a Rent Payment Contract Bond, insuring 100% of Pensio's overall lease guarantee obligation to you and your landlord.
Any information provided on each page of this web site are indicative only and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Pensio Lease Co-Guarantee Agreements provided to you on registration. Pensio Tenant will be a co-guarantor of your lease and can only provide this program if you have a legal and valid residential lease agreement and meet the terms of our Lease Co-Guarantee Agreements. Any rent paid resulting from a demand by you or the landlord will only be paid directly to your landlord. Pensio Tenants Canada Corp. are not insurance brokers and not an insurance company.

If you have any questions regarding your Lease Co-Guarantee Demand, Pensio will provide you with immediate support, click on Make a Demand and follow the instructions, or send an email to demands@pensiotenants.ca. You must comply with the requests for documents and information. Lease guarantee programs may not be available in your location and maybe precluded by provincial, federal or municipal law. You will be advised on registration. Lease Guarantee Programs are available to persons residing in residential rental units in the provinces of BC, AB, MB, SK, ON, NB, NL, NS, and PE.
Once you register you can opt out of the program for a period of 10 calendar days. You will be fully refunded upon logging into your account to cancel or you providing an email notice to info@pensiotenants.ca. Your registration fee in full will be returned to you in 30 calendar days.
