The following terms and conditions will apply if you are using the 30-Day Free No Obligation Offer for your Job Loss and Disability Lease Co-Guarantee Agreement with us.

1.The  30-Day Free No Obligation Offer shall last for a period of 30-days only.  After the 30-day period, regular monthly fees based on the option you chose on enrollment for the Job Loss and Disability Co-Guarantee Agreement will be charged.

2.All clients (“Tenants” or “Landlords”) signing up for the 30-Day Free No Obligation Offer shall be required to submit payment and card details as part of the process, to allow automatic payments once the 30-day period finishes.

3.Tenants or Landlords wishing to discontinue with the Lease Co-Guarantee Agreement once the 30-day period ends must cancel the Lease Co-Guarantee using the Cancel Lease-Co-Guarantee Account Form provided to you upon registration 3 working days before the end of the 30-day period.  Reminder emails will be sent 7 days before the first payment is due.

4.Offer only applies to Tenants and Landlords who use the 30-Day Free No Obligation Offer  promo code: OURHOME2020   when signing up to a new Lease Co-Guarantee Agreement.

5.Tenants and Landlords who do not qualify for the Lease Co-Guarantee Job Loss or Disability lease payment are not eligible for the offer.

6.Offer is not eligible for Tenants and Landlords in all provinces.

7.Notice will be sent if payments fails for any reason. It is the Tenants or Landlords’ responsibility to make sure the payment details are correct. Qualifications can be met to allow for successful registration to qualify for Job Loss and Disability lease payments to Landlords on the Tenant’s behalf.

8.Pensio Tenants reserves the right to remove or cancel the 30-Day Free No Obligation Offer at any time.

9.Pensio Tenants reserves the right to change the features of the 30-Day Free No Obligation Offer at any time.

11.Pensio Tenants reviews all Tenant or Landlord enrollments and reserves the right to deny or cancel the Lease Co-Guarantee lease payment to the landlord at any time for Tenants that did not qualify.
